Playing a Wind Instrument Could Lower Your Risk For Obstructive Sleep Apnea

My son snores too much, we notice it when he was 7 years old, now hes’s already 14 years of age. A friend told us to consider picking up a wind instrument for him. He said a study has found that playing a wind instrument,  can diminish a person’s risk for developing obstructive sleep apnea. Right now we haven’t tried it yet but since my son love’s playing music perhaps he will find it interesting.

By the way, speaking of wind instruments, if you’re planning to buy your own trumpet check out thehub.com trumpet guide. This site will help you find the best trumpet that you’re looking for.
