A good night sleep can help you to become more fit

My husband is complaining of backache everytime he wakes in the morning. I understand why because our bed has a spring inside and it is causing discomfort to us while we sleep. Our bed already need a replacement, it should retire already. We’ve been using it for around 10 years. This time i will choose foam cushion, this type of bed has pure foam inside so i’m sure it is more comfortable and will last longer. We need to have a complete and good sleep because it can help us to be more fit.  It is during sleep that the natural power of the body is restored. Sleep or lack of sleep can affect our weight. There is compelling evidence that chronic lack of sleep alters hormones that control appetite. Poor sleep triggers the brain to eat and reduces the signals that enough food has been consumed.
