Summer fitness camp for teens

My teenage daughter has gained a lot of weight when she entered College  and started staying in Manila. It’s not a surprised actually, knowing how she loves eating since her childhood days. It’s okay to eat whatever she likes, but it should be in moderation and if only she takes time to do some exercise. The problem is, she’s not exerting any effort to sweat even a little to loose some weight. That’s why i’m thinking of encouraging her to join summer camp for teens. Summer camp activities are not just for fun but for physical fitness as well. She haven’t done it before, so I hope she will also be excited and look forward to it.
