Did you had a hard resisting all the delicious foods this Christmas and New Year’s day celebration? Well, now that the Holiday season is over, i’m sure most of us are facing the same problem, that is how to shed off the extra pounds we have gained in the past weeks!
Good thing in our Church we have our annual Prayer and Fasting starting the second week of January. Through this, I have a way to start dieting and loosing weight, which I’m planning to continue until i reached my desired weight.
