I easily get burn out or feel tired even if I’m not doing any strenuous jobs. I’m just in front of my computer the entire office hours. Well, I know it is because of lack of exercise and proper diet. If you’re not physically fit, you will easily get stressed. And aside from that there are people around me that contribute to my stress which makes me feel so low. If only there are like duracell procell 9V battery that can be used to charge up humans then I will surely buy one for me.lol.
Anyway, I know what my body needs, I just need the discipline and determination to follow a good fitness program and to take the right diet.
