To stay healthy we see to it that we always have fruits in our table as our dessert every meal. Usually we buy whatever fruit is in season. Just like this summer, we always have water melons, pineapple, mango and coconut. Banana is not a seasonal fruit so most of the time we have banana in our grocery list. Sometimes we buy apples, orange and grapes.
