    Wow some people on here lol, just wondering @ DeStorm, i have been following these excercises 3-4 times weekly, found them really great, I have been training and quite hardcore excercises for over a year now but i found these excersises getting to muscles i hadn’t used before. How often would you recommend i do these? maybe everyday? Thanks.

    @shaosoulful I Saw The Video And Showed It My Sister To Get In Shape. As I Showed Her I Run Trough All Exercises In A Repitation Of 15 On Middle Hardness Once, And I Found It Very Arduous For Me.I Train Since 2 And A Half Year Now In The Gym And Altough It Was Hard To Do Them.
    I Was Wondering The Sam How Often Should We Do It!Maybe U Do It 1 Time All Exersises A Day And If U Get Stronger Maybe 2 And Than 3 Rounds And Then Do The Hard Exerices.
