Finding the fastest way to gain muscle can sometimes be a difficult thing to do.  Especially when you’re finding it hard to put on muscle quickly.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you the fastest way to gain muscle mass.  That way, you’ll know how to build 10 pounds of muscle in one month.

A few ways to build muscles are:

1.  The first thing you’re going to have to do if you want to gain muscle fast is eat a lot of protein and carbs.  You need at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight.  And at least two grams of carbs per pound of body weight.  This means if you weight 180 lbs., you need to eat at least 180 grams of protein and 360 grams of carbs.

This is easy to do.  Just eat every two to three hours a day.  Or around six to eight times a day.

2.  Another way to gain muscle fast is to train hard.  You have to workout heavy and train hard.  Some of the exercises you should do includes doing squats, deadlifts, bench press, and shoulder presses.  You should do four sets of eight reps.

3.  The third thing you can do that will help you build lean muscle mass is to increase your testosterone.  This will help you make you stronger and make it easy for you to gain muscle.  You can increase your testosterone by eating foods like lean beef, dark green veggies, almonds, and avocados.
